Grand Caravans is a Melbourne-based manufacturer of premium fibreglass composite off-grid caravans, built on over 20 years of family industry experience.

Every van we produce is built with a full composite sandwich panel shell. No timber framing. No aluminium framing with cladding over the top. A single-piece fibreglass composite sandwich panel forms the roof and front wall with no join at the top front corner, eliminating the most common water ingress point in traditionally built caravans. Every junction is bonded with structural adhesive. The result is a lighter, stronger structure built to handle what Australians actually put their caravans through.

We build to what the market is asking for. That means continuously refining our range, investing in new materials and construction methods, and making decisions based on what genuinely improves life on the road rather than what is easiest to produce. Standing still is not part of how we operate.

Our caravans are available in both traditional gas interior and fully gas-free configurations, designed for owners who want complete off-grid capability on their own terms.

When you buy a Grand Caravans van, you have direct access to the people who built it. Not a call centre. Not a third-party warranty handler. The same team that made every decision on the factory floor is reachable after delivery, and that accountability does not end at handover.
