Previous roles include Construction Analyst for the Small Business Administration and FEMA Home Inspector. Tim Smith holds a degree in Real Estate & Mortgage from Champions School of Real Estate and has a strong foundation in project management from Izmir Management, Inc., specializing in the commercial building process.
