Isabel Thier

Isabel Thier is currently the Senior Project Manager and Team Lead for Professional Services & Operations at Grandperspective GmbH, where they oversee various projects and operations. Previously, Isabel worked as a Project Manager at AnalytiCon Discovery, focusing on biosurfactants, fats and oils, and natural antioxidants, along with managing sensory evaluations and change initiatives. Earlier in their career, Isabel completed internships at Bahlsen and Technische Universität Dresden, gaining experience in corporate R&D and analytical methods. Isabel holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden.
