Judith Risch

Judith Risch, J.D., Ph.D., is the Title IX & Equity Access Services Special Advisor at Grand River Solutions, where they focus on developing sustainable responses to equity issues. Previously, they co-led the National Digital Accessibility Team at the U.S. Department of Education, ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations while supervising investigations and training team members. Judith earned a Juris Doctor and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Miami University.
