June Gamble and Gwen Van Spijk have set up Grand Visionary Solutions to offer practical, solution focused interventions to community interest companies, social enterprises and organisations with social and/or creative and participatory arts agendas. Our aims are to work with clients to support them with:

adapting their organisations in response to changing circumstances - internally and externally
reaching and engaging specific community sectors to address social problems
sourcing and accessing funding to fulfill their aims/ambitions
creating a healthy and productive work place

conceiving of and developing projects, plans and programmes of work
interrogating and reviewing strategies 
coaching individuals and teams and overseeing project/plan delivery

Between us, we have a wealth of experience in business planning, bringing to life and managing far-reaching public engagement initiatives and developing and implementing adventurous cross-sector projects. We also have an extensive and robust track record as coaches, trainers and mentors to individuals, teams and organisations.
