Jay Young

Jay Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative and client-focused roles within the outdoor advertising industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Grand Visual since July 2022, Jay previously held multiple positions at Talon Outdoor from September 2016 to July 2022, including Chief Client Officer and Head of Creative Solutions. Additional experience includes senior account management roles at ENERGY and Projection Artworks, as well as regional management at Rough Hill. Jay's educational background includes an MBA Essentials course from The London School of Economics and a BSc in International Business Management from Cardiff University.
