Support Engineer at Grandstream

Alex Wang has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. In 2011, they completed a summer internship at Shanghai Baosight Software Co., Ltd. In 2013, they interned at The Department of Education Photovoltaic System Engineering Research Center. In 2014, they served as a Project Engineering Assistant at Anhui Meitu Information Tech Co., Ltd., where they worked on the Tuo Lake Nature Reserve Geographic Information System Project. From 2016, they worked as a Computer Tutor at Coder Kids, Inc. In 2017, they became an IT Support Specialist at China Telecom Americas, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Grandstream Networks as a Support Engineer.

Alex Wang completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Bowling Green State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electro-mechanical Systems Technology. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at The George Washington University - School of Engineering & Applied Science from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Alex Wang obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In July 2016, they received an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Python for Data Science from edX. Later, in September 2019, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
