Matthew Pearson

Matthew Pearson has been working as an ISI Team Inspector at Independent Schools Inspectorate since October 2023. Prior to this, Matthew held positions such as Junior Deputy Head (Academic) at The Grange School, Assistant Headteacher (Academic) and Y1-8 Teacher (Head of House System) at Terra Nova Prep School, and EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Teacher (Head of IT/Science) at Wheelock Primary School. Matthew earned their Bachelor of Education degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 and completed their NPQML and NPQSL from Outstanding Leaders Partnership in 2018 and 2021 respectively.
