Established in 1992,  Grangewood have evolved into a Main Contractor delivering prestigious projects in a discreet manner for our Clients and their Consultants. Our financial stability and reputation in the marketplace has enabled us to remain true to our principles of building excellence with integrity with a service that is open, transparent and non-confrontational.

Our Client portfolio is select, and includes high net worth individuals and their consultants, personal recommendations and repeat business. We are also partners in a framework agreement to carry out extensive refurbishment works in Mayfair and Belgravia for the Grosvenor Estate.

Our current client base includes Candy and Candy, Nina Campbell Interior Design, The Wellcome Trust in South Kensington, The Sloane Stanley Estate in Chelsea, The Eyre Estate in St John's Wood and The Church Commissioners, Hyde Park . 

Our Private Clients Division was established in 2011, to focus solely on High End Prime Residential Projects up to around £10m in value. Our dedicated teams have a "hands on" approach to projects and a wealth of Technical and Managerial expertise in all aspects of high quality construction, from complex structural alterations and the construction of basements to the finest specialist finishes. 

We are able to combine luxury, style and elegance, with an inviting sense of comfort, warmth and personality, all in line with our Clients project quality plan and aspirations. Our highly qualified, fully skilled teams take pride in giving our Clients exteriors and interiors a level of finish that is not just artistically impressive, but also highly practical.
