Chris Bauschka has over 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Chris is currently working as the Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Granicus. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at ServiceNow, including VP & Head of Telecommunications, Media and Technology Industries and AVP & General Manager of Telecommunications, Media & Technology Industries. During their time at ServiceNow, Chris led global industry marketing and go-to-market efforts, achieving triple-digit YoY product growth and consistently overachieving on targets. Chris also received recognition for their performance and leadership. Before ServiceNow, Chris worked at Salesforce as the Sr. Director/RVP of Global Telecommunications and Media. Chris also gained experience at Oracle Corporation as an Industry Director and Product Line Manager, managing solutions, positioning, and product extensions for the communications industry segment. Chris began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Principal Consultant.
Chris Bauschka completed an MBA with Honors in Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Chris has also obtained several certifications, including Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2023. Chris has also completed various courses and certifications in data visualization, statistical modeling, neural networks, and deep learning from institutions such as the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Coursera. Chris is also a Certified Force.com Developer.
