David Ellison is a Citizen Experience Champion and an accomplished CX and technology executive with extensive experience in web product and program oversight, team leadership, and operations. They have led the launch and operation of complex IT products for over 100 million users and managed enterprise user bases exceeding 40,000. Their past roles include Government Chair at ACT-IAC, Navy Space Program Manager at SPAWAR, and Product Development Director at the IRS. Currently, they serve as Senior Director/Experience Partner at Granicus and are pursuing a BA in International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania as well as completing the Mid Career Course at the Naval War College.
