Jessica Yang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewal and business operations sectors, currently serving as the Director of Renewals at Granicus since October 2016, overseeing approximately $380M in renewal revenue globally. Jessica has a strong background in managing state blanket purchase agreements and driving contract improvements, having previously held positions such as Senior Manager and Senior Business and Contracts Specialist at Granicus. Prior roles at GovDelivery, Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, Allianz, and TCF Bank provided a foundation in sales operations, finance, and compliance.
