Prior to Granicus, Joe worked as an Implementation Consultant at GovDelivery, managing the implementation processes for cloud communication systems in the government sector. Joe's experience also includes working at Epicor Software Corp. as an ERP Project Manager and Application Trainer, and a Market Project/Training Manager at American Eagle Outfitters. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Cloud State University.
