Kate May

Kate May is a Solution Consultant at Granicus since January 2024. Previously, Kate held various positions at the City of Rochester from July 2017 to January 2024, including Director of IT Operations and Chief Performance Officer, where responsibilities included managing the Office of Data Analytics and Performance, providing data services, and advising on performance improvements. In addition, Kate enhanced data skills among city staff and maintained the citywide open data portal. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Operational Data Scientist at the City and County of Denver and as a Senior Analyst in the Mayor's Office of Innovation. Kate holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Earth and Environmental Science from the University of Rochester.
