Lenny Maly

Lenny Maly has an extensive work experience in the field of information security and engineering. Lenny currently holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Granicus, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Cyberstarts - The Founders Powered VC starting in September 2019. Lenny also has experience working at TransUnion, where they served as the Vice President of Global Security Engineering and Architecture from September 2018 to June 2021. Lenny held a similar role at Capital One as the Vice President of Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering from August 2017 to August 2018. Lenny's earlier roles include serving as a Director of Information Security Engineering and DevOps at Target from October 2015 to August 2017 and as a Vice President of Operations at Home Mortgage Consultants from May 2001 to July 2011. Throughout their career, Lenny has held various managerial positions and has demonstrated expertise in threat and vulnerability management, program management, and security architecture.

Lenny Maly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 2004. Lenny later attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2008 and 2012.
