Matt Unger

Matt Unger is an experienced incentive compensation manager currently employing extensive expertise at Granicus since August 2023. In this role, Matt leads the design and execution of the incentive compensation program for over 550 employees, managing roughly $20 million in annual expenses. Previous positions include senior sales compensation analyst at Capital Blue Cross, where Matt co-led annual sales compensation design and administration, and compensation analyst roles at Harsco Corporation and WellSpan Health, where responsibilities included designing global compensation programs and analyzing compensation solutions for employee retention. Matt began a career in HR at Amazon, supporting employee relations and training for a large team. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Messiah University.
