Sylvia Yang

Sylvia Yang is currently the Director of Strategic Programs at Granicus, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Sylvia served as a Customer Success Principal for Global Strategic Accounts at Qualtrics from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing account teams and leading product innovation initiatives. Additionally, during 2016, Sylvia was a Hobsons Summer Fellow at Education Pioneers, specializing in corporate development within the education technology sector.
