Tim Jass

Manager Service Delivery

Tim Jass is an experienced service delivery manager with a strong background in IT service management. Currently serving as the Manager Service Delivery at Granicus since August 2019, Tim is responsible for managing all aspects of service management, including incident, problem, and change management, as well as security-related incidents. Previously, as Director of Service Delivery at Comm-Works, Tim contributed to developing the Managed Services Offering and customer reporting templates. At TCS Data Consultancy, Tim held the role of Associate Director, managing outsourcing engagements and creating a business outcome model. Tim's career began at IBM, where a progression from Service Delivery Manager to Sr. Delivery Program Executive involved overseeing multiple operational facets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Tim Jass earned a High School Diploma from Timberline High School from 1975 to 1977.
