Uday Aradhya is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Product Training at Granicus since February 2013. Uday has a strong track record in designing and executing training programs, developing communication strategies, and managing program budgets to position the Learning & Development department as a 'Profit Center.' Uday's expertise includes creating e-Learning programs, establishing certification programs, and implementing continuous learning practices. Prior to Granicus, experience includes roles at Wipro Technologies as Manager of Knowledge Management, and Unisys Global Services India as Knowledge Manager, along with earlier positions at Apple, HP, and ITC Infotech. Uday holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Bangalore University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
