William Promecene

William Promecene has held several senior leadership roles throughout their career. William started their career at Dell in 2000 as a Senior Manager and worked there until 2007. William then joined Rackspace, the Open Cloud Company, where they served as the Director of Product Development from 2007 to 2012, and later as the Senior Director of Hybrid Support from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Calytera as the Vice President of Operations and held this role until 2020. Currently, they are working at Granicus as the Vice President of Calytera Operations, starting from November 2020, and in May 2021, they additionally took on the role of Vice President of Customer Experience.

William Promecene obtained an MBA in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2000.
