John Shao

John Shao is a seasoned software engineer and technology leader with extensive experience in various roles within the software development industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Bazaarvoice since December 2023 and Granify since January 2023, John has previously held key positions such as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Architect at Spieker Point from August 2016 to January 2023. Prior to that, John worked as a Software Developer at Stantec and as a Java Developer at Spieker Point, along with experience as a Programming Subject Matter Expert at Amdocs. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Northeastern University, obtained in 2008.
