Kyle Coralejo is a software developer at Granify. Kyle previously worked as an application and infrastructure analyst work experience student at the City of Edmonton from September 2018 to April 2019. In this role, they worked on several innovative projects, including the design, prototyping, and deployment of IoT devices on a LoRa network. Kyle also led the development of a device that used thermal sensors and computer vision algorithms to count pedestrians, as well as the development of an Android application that was used to track the amount of pesticide sprayed by City of Edmonton employees. For their outstanding achievements in this position, they received the UVIC 2019 Engineering and Computer Science Co-op Student of the Year award.
Kyle Coralejo received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Distinction from the University of Victoria. Kyle then attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
