Aaron Storm serves as Associate General Counsel, Transactions at Granite Construction since June 2018, leading a team focused on the review, negotiation, and drafting of various contracts, including real estate leases and construction project agreements. Prior to joining Granite, Aaron practiced law at Layne Christensen as Division Counsel and held multiple attorney roles at respected law firms, including Edison, McDowell & Hetherington LLP and Baker Botts LLP, specializing in litigation related to oil & gas, commercial, and employment matters. Educational background includes a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and advanced degrees in criminology and psychology.
