Michael Barker is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and investor relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations at Granite Construction since November 2015, Michael oversees all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, payroll, tax, financial planning and analysis, SOX compliance, and operational finance. Previously, Michael held the position of Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 16 years, leading significant advisory and audit projects across various industries, including automotive and technology, while also gaining international experience in Japan. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Miami University between 1995 and 1999.
