Michael Rader is an experienced Senior Crane Operator with a robust background in crane operations and project management across various construction and electric companies. Currently employed at Granite Construction since May 2023, Michael is involved in the Highway 288 expansion project, focusing on safety operations. Previously at Balfour Beatty US from June 2019 to May 2023, Michael operated a range of cranes for the largest freshwater treatment facility in North America and played a key role in safety training.
