Rusty Vance, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as an Engineering/Project Manager at Granite Construction since 2010. Vance has also held the title of Engineering Manager at Kenny Construction Company from May 2010 to the present. Prior to these roles, Vance worked at AEP for over three decades, where responsibilities included the position of Engineering Manager. Vance earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
