Ryan Fullan

Ryan Fullan, P.E. is a seasoned project manager and engineer with experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Since July 2016, Ryan has held the position of Project Manager at Granite Construction, previously working as a Project Engineer. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Project Engineer at Orion Marine Group, collaborating with engineers on the Gallant’s Channel Bridge Project in alignment with North Carolina DOT. Early career experiences include working as a Geotechnical Lab Assistant at the University of Rhode Island and as an Undergraduate Research Intern, where Ryan contributed to studies on acoustic impacts of wind turbines. Ryan's foundational leadership skills were developed as Head Lifeguard at Fisherman’s Wharf, overseeing workforce management and emergency protocols. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
