Will Hames is currently the Regional Asset Superintendent at Granite Construction and has previously served as the Operations Manager at Alco Harvesting. With a diverse background in ranching, construction, contracting, and mining, Will effectively leads a skilled team of mechanics, welders, and fabricators in maintaining and optimizing equipment and assets for harvesting operations. Will also owns Muleshoe Cattle LLC and previously operated Hames, Inc. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which supported their career in agricultural operations.
