Reed Carter

Reed Carter has over a decade of experience in environmental compliance and management, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Compliance and Systems at Graniterock since May 2012. Prior roles at Graniterock include Environmental Manager, Systems and Compliance, Environmental Project Manager, and Environmental Specialist. Previous experience includes a position as a Lifeguard with California State Parks from June 2008 to September 2015 and as an Environmental Technician at CSS Environmental Services, Inc. from September 2006 to May 2012. Reed Carter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, between 2006 and 2010.
