Kody Jones

Kody Jones has a range of experience in sales and management roles. Kody is currently serving as the Director of Sales - North America at Pearl Abrasive since May 2021. Prior to that, from July 2019 to May 2021, they worked as the Regional Sales Manager for Pearl Abrasive. Before joining Pearl Abrasive, Kody worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. where they held various positions including Director of Sales - West Division from March 2019 to July 2019, Regional Sales Manager from July 2016 to March 2019, Account Manager from July 2013 to July 2016, Field Marketing Coordinator from April 2011 to July 2013, and Sales and Marketing Specialist from September 2009 to April 2011. In these roles, they demonstrated their ability to manage sales teams, create regional strategies, achieve sales targets, and develop marketing strategies.

Kody Jones earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Oregon between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Kody obtained a CORe certificate, The Credential of Readiness (CORe), from Harvard Business School Online, which was completed by 2022.
