Russell Brown

Russell Brown currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Pearlman Group since January 2026. Prior to this role, Russell held various leadership positions at Vestcom, including Vice President, Head of New Business Development and Vice President, Client Development from July 2023 to January 2026. Russell also worked at NVA General Practice in Strategy and Business Operations from September 2022 to August 2023, and previously served as Vice President of Strategy at Vestcom, which was acquired by Avery Dennison. Additional experience includes a Director of Strategy position at McKinsey & Company and roles as Associate and Summer Associate at the same firm. Russell began a professional career as a Track & Field Athlete with Nike from 2008 to 2014. Academically, Russell holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and both an MA in Organizations, Business and the Economy and a BA in Political Science and Government from Stanford University.
