Whit Kilgroe

Whit Kilgroe, CFA, serves as the General Counsel at The Stephens Group, where they lead the legal capabilities for a private family investment firm focusing on middle market private equity. Previously, Whit held positions as Chief Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Koch Industries and Investment and M&A Counsel at Walton Enterprises. They have also worked as a Corporate/M&A Associate at prestigious law firms JONES DAY® and Kirkland & Ellis. Whit earned a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BS in Commerce & Business Administration, summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama. Additionally, they serve on the boards of Princeton TMX and Pearlman Group.
