Brian Bender

Brian Bender is the cofounder of Intake Health, where they focus on innovative technologies to tackle significant challenges. They currently serve as the lead writer at Grant Engine and have a background in engineering, having worked as a materials engineer for the United States Department of Defense. Brian has also held roles in technology transfer at UCLA, where they facilitated the commercialization of numerous inventions. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering from UCLA, following a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University.
