Joseph Ruiz

Joseph Ruiz is the President of Epigenos Biosciences, Inc., where they focus on developing therapies for rare diseases and cancers driven by gene mis-regulation. With over 30 years of experience in embryonic and adult stem cell biology, genome engineering, and hepatic cell biology, Joseph has held significant positions in both academia and industry. They also serve as the Lead Writer at Grant Engine and previously worked as a Senior Scientific Consultant at Eva Garland Consulting, specializing in grant writing for innovative technologies. Joseph earned a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant degree from Harvard University and has been instrumental in advancing biotechnology through various leadership roles, including their tenure as Vice President of Research at Transposagen Biopharmaceuticals.
