About Our Commitment to the Environment

Grant Management is proud to have achieved carbon neutral status in December 2006. This was achieved through working with the Energy Savings Trust to reduce emissions in addition to offsetting emissions through planting trees.  

We encourage our tenants to reduce emissions and supply helpful advice as to how they can do this. In addition, we are in the process of switching our properties under management to energy suppliers to Scottish and Southern Hydro Electric - a green energy source. We encourage tenants to remain with this supplier, although we understand they have freedon of choice.
