Blake Reading has held a variety of roles in the entertainment industry since 2011. Blake began their career as Co-Founder of Alpha Entertainment in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Television Spotter for Golf Channel. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at The Gersh Agency as an Agent Trainee and Alternative Packaging Assistant, and from 2013 to 2014, they were a Film Development Intern for Lorenzo di Bonaventura's office at Paramount Pictures. In 2015, they became a Talent Manager/Partner Asst at MGMT. Entertainment. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Talent Manager at Fullscreen, and from 2020 to 2021, they held roles as Vice President of Talent / Talent Manager & Producer at TheMachine and Senior Manager, Celebrity Talent & Events at Paramount. Currently, they are Head of Business Development at Granted.

Blake Reading attended Winchester Thurston, a private high school, from 2007 to 2010. Blake then attended Syracuse University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film.
