Alexander Taylor

Alexander Taylor has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Alexander worked as a Software Designer at Grantek from June 2019 to present. Before that, they were a self-employed Independent Software Consultant from September 2012. Alexander provided software consulting services with expertise in areas such as user interfaces, software internationalization, printing and text processing, and OS/2 systems support. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Master's student at Keio University. Prior to that, they worked for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) from August 2007 to August 2012. In this role, Alexander taught English to elementary and junior high school students and also had additional responsibilities such as adult English training and cultural liaison work. Their earliest work experience dates back to 1998 when they worked for CGI. At CGI, Alexander held various roles including Analyst (Enterprise Storage Management) from 2005 to 2007, Analyst from 1999 to 2005, and Consultant from 1998 to 1999. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as SAN and enterprise backup administration, hardware and operating system support, server administration, technical support for Lotus Notes, and client liaison and technical support.

Alexander Taylor's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at the University of Guelph. Alexander pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Computer Science, completing their studies in 1998.
