Jon Harris

Jon Harris is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with a diverse professional background. As CoFounder and CEO of BuzzIt since September 2013, Jon has innovated event planning by simplifying the communication process with speakers and streamlining program development. In March 2023, Jon began serving as an Educator and Account Executive at GrantMe, where responsibilities include guiding students and families through scholarship and admissions processes. Jon's earlier experience includes bartending and serving roles at various establishments, as well as a sales representative position at Knowledge First Financial, focusing on lead generation and consultative sales. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Finance from Simon Fraser University, complemented by studies at Douglas College.
