Edwin Bautista

Edwin Bautista, AICP, currently serves as a Planner at GrantWorks, Inc. since April 2024, focusing on developing comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances through public engagement and GIS mapping. Prior to this role, Edwin worked as a Management and Communications Associate at Texas Housers from August 2021 to March 2024, supporting low-income housing initiatives. Edwin gained valuable experience as a Right of Way Technician at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. from January 2019 to August 2021, contributing to land acquisition projects and quality control. Earlier roles included an Apartment Locator at Housing Scout and a Leasing Consultant at SYNC Residential, both of which enhanced understanding of the real estate market and leasing processes. Edwin holds a Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
