Eric Hartzell

Eric Hartzell, AICP has been with GrantWorks, Inc. since July 1995, where Eric currently holds the position of Executive Vice President. Prior to that, Eric was a Regional Coordinator at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Eric also has experience as a Water Planner at the City of Austin - Water & Wastewater Utility. Eric is a Partner at BETCO Development/BETCO Affordable Housing, focusing on affordable housing developments. Eric holds a MS in Community & Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Geography from Ohio University.
