Patrick Kelley

Patrick Kelley is currently a Senior Project Manager at GrantWorks, Inc. They have extensive experience in disaster preparedness and response, having served as the Director of Emergency Services for the Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross from 2008 to 2010. Their career includes roles such as Retired State of Texas Mitigation Project Coordinator with the Texas Department of Emergency Management and a Business Continuity Planner at Franklin Templeton Investments. Additionally, they operated a nonprofit business called KelCon to assist mid-sized companies in developing effective business continuity processes from 2011 to 2022. Patrick has also engaged as a consultant with the Hurricane Ike Recovery Team at TDEM.
