Tres Davis

Tres Davis has been with GrantWorks, Inc. since March 2000, where they serve as Senior Vice President. Responsible for consulting with cities and counties in Texas, their housing services division has overseen the construction of approximately 1600 single family homes. Additionally, at BETCO Development since November 2003, Tres holds the position of Vice President/Principal, specializing in Multifamily Tax Credit development in Rural Texas. With a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Tulane University, Tres Davis is a seasoned professional in the field.
