Alexandre B. has worked in several roles since 2001. Alexandre began their career with an internship at UBS PaineWebber in San Diego, CA. Alexandre then held an internship at Ambev in the Commercial RefrigeNanc area. Following this, they were a Junior Consultant at the Associação do Supermercadistas do Triângulo Mineiro. Alexandre then moved on to become a Business Analyst at Dextron Management Consulting, where they worked on projects related to distribution channels, market positioning, pricing, product launches, and more. After that, they became a Senior Consultant at ALEGRIA Inc., focusing on finance, strategic planning, marketing, and sales. In 2013, they became a Partner Consultant at WE-K, working on consulting projects in strategic management, new businesses, sales & distribution, trainings, and other areas. Alexandre also coordinated both internal and client teams. In the same year, they became a Senior Consultant at FábricaRH Consultoria e Projetos em RH. Finally, in 2016, they became CEO and Board Member at Grão Direto, an Agtech company that connects grain producers and buyers in an easier, faster way, and generates more information to make the physical grain market more efficient.

Alexandre B. has a long and varied educational history. Alexandre obtained a High School degree from Colégio Dr. José Ferreira between 1989 and 1999. Alexandre then attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1999 to 2003, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2001, they attended UC San Diego for International Business. In 2002, they took part in an exchange program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile for Business/Managerial Economics. Finally, Alexandre B. obtained a Mestrado em Administração de Empresas from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo between 2016 and 2018, specializing in Empreendedorismo - Novos Negócios e Inovação. Additionally, Alexandre B. has obtained two certifications, 1o Lugar Startup Weekend Uberaba from Techstars Startup Weekend in 2015 and Melhor Dissertação de Mestrado (MPE - FEA/USP) 2018 from Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo.
