Kateryna A. has extensive experience in leadership and training within the Learning and Development field, most notably as Head of the L&D Department at CIENCE from May 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 15 Training Managers and managing the training of more than 70 trainees monthly. Kateryna also excelled as Global Director of Enablement & Onboarding for Sales Development, focusing on enhancing sales team capabilities worldwide.
