Barnaby Ash

Barnaby Ash has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Barnaby currently serves as the Software QA Technical Lead at Graphcore since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer in Test Automation at Graphcore from December 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Graphcore, Barnaby worked at SysMech as the RAN Interface Testing Lead from April 2019 to December 2019, and as an Automation Tester/Developer from May 2017 to March 2019. Barnaby also has experience as a Load Test Engineer at SciVisum Ltd from May 2015 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, Barnaby worked as an Executive Officer at the Rural Payments Agency from December 2006 to May 2010, and as Deputy Manager at Ha! Ha! Bar & Canteen from April 2004 to September 2006.

Barnaby Ash obtained a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from the University of Reading in 2000-2003. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Sir Roger Manwood's Grammar School from 1992 to 1999. Barnaby later earned a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001. Lastly, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Kent from 2012 to 2014.
