Callum McLean is a research scientist and engineer currently employed at Graphcore since June 2020, where roles have included AI Engineer, Product Support Engineer, and Graduate Product Support Engineer. Prior to this, Callum was an undergraduate research assistant at the Department of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Cambridge, developing a software package for data analysis in R and optimizing experimental design. Callum also gained experience as a Knowledge Engineer Intern at Amazon, focusing on the automated translation of Alexa’s Q&A service. Callum holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2019.
