David Norman has extensive experience in software engineering and development, currently serving as the Director of Framework Development at Graphcore since September 2016, leading a large team in creating machine learning frameworks integrated with Pytorch and Tensorflow. Prior roles include Director of Machine Learning Framework Development and Senior Software Engineer at Graphcore, as well as positions at Oracle, NVIDIA, XMOS, PTC, Metra Ltd, Te Papa National Museum, MetService, Elixent, and ClearSpeed. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Bristol and has demonstrated expertise in various technologies and systems throughout a diverse career in software and systems development.
