Emily Rose

Emily Rose is an experienced professional in talent management and development, currently serving as Talent Director at Graphcore since January 2022, where previous roles included Talent Development Director and Senior Talent Development Partner. Prior to Graphcore, Emily worked at Rotork as a Global Learning and Development Consultant from September 2019 to December 2021. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Learning and Development Partner at Hitachi Capital from October 2015 to October 2016, and a brief tenure as Learning and Development Advisor at Mishcon de Reya in mid-2013. Earlier in the career, Emily worked as a Junior Consultant at Steven Pearce Associates from February 2011 to February 2013. Emily holds a 2.1 BA Honours degree in English Literature and Drama from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2008.
