Jon Buckingham is a seasoned Silicon Verification Engineer at Graphcore since October 2019, with extensive experience in R&D engineering spanning over three decades. Prior to Graphcore, Jon held various roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 1987 to September 2019, focusing on ASIC design and verification in the StoreServ division and contributing to digital ASIC design for LTO and DDS tape products, as well as firmware engineering and test software development. Jon's career began at the British Antarctic Survey from 1984 to 1987 as an Electronics Engineer/Physicist. Jon holds a BSc Hons 2-1 in Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton, obtained between 1981 and 1984.
