Luis C. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Luis is currently employed at Graphcore as the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace. Prior to this, they worked for A.P. Moller - Maersk as the Maersk IT Facilities & Workplace Manager. Before that, Luis worked at CBRE as a Real Estate Customer Service Manager, and at Iberfinca as a Director. Luis also served as a Construction Project Manager at Duja, and as EMEA Customer Services Manager at Digital River. Earlier in their career, Luis held positions such as European Customer Services Manager at Worldport Communications LLC, Customer Services Executive at SC Johnson, and Customer Services Agent at Aer Lingus.

Luis C. attended Imperial College Business School in 2022, where they studied Climate Innovation. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Level 5 Certificate in Facilities Planning and Management at the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). Luis also obtained additional certifications, including "Climate Innovation: Accelerating to Net Zero Emissions" from Imperial College Business School in 2022 and "MBIFM" from the IWFM Rising FMs Specialist Interest Group in 2016.
